Course Date and Location Changes
Occasionally, emergencies or weather conditions may necessitate a change or cancellation of the scheduled course. Tri-State will notify you immediately in the event that a course for which you are registered must be rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
At any time prior to the start date of the course, you may elect to transfer your fully-paid course seat to another member of your company at no charge. The member of your company to whom you transferred your seat will attend the course in your place and receive credit for the course. We are sorry, but we cannot transfer seats to persons outside of your company. To transfer a course, please contact OPSTraining@TriStateGT.org or 1-303-254-3595.
Cancellation requests made no later than five (5) business days prior to the start date of the class will be accommodated. A full refund will be given after processing the cancellation request.
Cancellation requests made less than 5 days prior to the start day of the class will have the full class fee assessed. No class charges will be refunded.
Tri-State reserves the right to cancel a course seven (7) days prior to the start date of the course. Tri-State will make its best effort to contact you in the event of a course cancellation. In the event that Tri-State must cancel a class, a full refund will be given for the cost of the class. However, Tri-State will not be liable for travel costs, flight change costs or penalties, or non-refundable deposits made for travel accommodations.

The prices, dates, and locations of the course presentations represented are subject to change without notice. Tri-State reserves the right to make presenter substitutions at any time without notice.
